Room size was good and it was clean. Bathroom size was decent. Location is also near the metro station.

Toilet was not cleaned. It had urine stains on the seat. There was lot of noise outside the room late night and caused lot of disturbance. The reception phone was ringing now and then at odd hours causing disturbance

Small hotel with Neat, clean and spacious rooms.

everything was on point

Location

I was asked to pay 2k inspite i had booked for 1500 they told I will not allow you to checkin I was litrally not happy with the hospitality and breakfast was like no option the person was very rude

the staff is helpful

it’s not clean, basic necessity is not available. They insist on to give a good review about the stay. Misleading coordination

Good value

- too long waiting for check in (about 40 mins)- we found that their staffs was in our room (as saw him bring personal stuffs from our room)- next to our room is kitchen. We can’t take a nap as too much noisy- when check in, staffs take our pictures (It's not proper and not need for check in process)

The staff were very nice and helpful. They treated us like family. The chef was quite good with the food. And the best thing was they would accommodate your needs and wants as and when you ask

I do not find anything that needs to be changed. Everything was just perfect and comfortable.

They ordered mostly what I could eat and I enjoyed the fried rice and chicken

They should try and get at least one person who can speak and understand English to be around in each shift especially when they have international guests.

Breakfast was average.

House keeping wasn't good. Water was leaking from gyser. No heater to cater for extreme cold.

the staff was helpful in resolving issues with the room

The rooms were not good as per the price.Emanates listed were not present. Toilet flush caps, shower mixer were broken.Average room, could've found better at this price

Stuff are very kind and friendly, they made our stay almost like home. They are always up for any help i did needThe location is was about 10 minutes walking from Times tower Pearson Vue centerThey serve Indian cuisine dishs but they are ready to serve us any dish as long you can describe the recipeWe were for exam and we were coming from 6 hours flight and very anxious and worryBut they offered us any help we might need during our stay

Not too luxurious but very nice and neat to the point we needed I

Good location - decent room and clean

What was mentioned on site was what I did not get - number of things mentioned in room were not there and had to ask for it - service efficiency of staff needs to be improved

Room with Wifi was good. Staff were cooperative.

No room key, bathroom tap got broken. Promised to give another room.. but it was not cleaned.. so, had to stay in the original room

Food was goodFriendly staffGood hospitality

We were given a room near kitchen. So there was noise at night. Otherwise it was a good experience.
